@. Most commonly at Tushar Handworks the women are the "TIE" workers who work in their own house with their children playing around them.
@. Goods have to be reached to each woman's house and be collected also. In this process many pieces get lost/damaged/torn.
@. From raw cloth to finished product a Tushar Products passes through at least 20 pairs of hands.
@. Most of the dyes are of chemical source and are hand mixed and each pc. is dyed by hand in large vessels in very hot and humid conditions. As a result unevenness and patches in dye ground is expected on the product and each piece is different from the other.
